Activate and redeem your restaurant credit
1.    Go to www.thanksabunch.org
2.    Click the "American Heroes Check-in" link
3.    Click "Redeem your TAB card" link
4.    Copy the code # from the card into the box on the screen

Q: What are the Terms & Conditions of the participating restaurants?
There are over 18,000 participating casual dining restaurants to choose from. Each restaurant is unique (no large fast food chains). Your Thanks-A-Bunch restaurant credit is deducted from the total bill subject to the terms and conditions of the restaurant. Each restaurant has specific terms of use listed on their profile page at the Restaurant.com redemption site.  They can be reviewed prior to choosing a particular restaurant.  The most common are listed below.

  1. 18% gratuity is added to the bill for the server (standard). If you redeem a $25.00 certificate most participating restaurants require a $35.00 purchase of menu items some may require a higher purchase. This is to help defray the cost of food & preparation. (i.e. a restaurant bill of $35.00 will show a balance due of only $10.00 + gratuity). Each restaurant will list the conditions of use for a $10, $25, or $50 redemption.
  2. Most restaurants ask that you present your certificate when you first arrive.
  3. Some, but not all, have restrictions on alcohol and holidays.
  4. If you redeem a $25 certificate you retain the balance of $25 in your account to use another time at any participating restaurant.
  5. Certificates can be redeemed for $10, $25, or $50.

Q: Can I reuse my Thanks-A-Bunch card
Your card has a Thanks-A-Bucks value on the front of the card.  If your card value is $50.00 and you redeem a dining certificate for $25.00 then you'll have a balance in your account of the remaining $25.00.  Once you've used the full $50.00 value your card code becomes void.
 
Q: What happens if my Thanks-A-Bunch card doesn't work?
You redeem your card at the Thanks-A-Bunch website by clicking on the Redeem My Card link on the America's Heroes Check-In page. The "code" you should enter is the code ID# located in the middle section of your Thanks-A-Bunch card.
