With six models making the list, and representation in each of four vehicle categories, you could say Honda dominated the 2016 family car scene.
KBB.com calls their 16 Best Family Cars of 2016 "the cream of the cream."
How did they select them?
KBB staff used criteria that is most important to families. Safety tops the list, as your loved ones' lives depend upon it. The looked into comfort and convenience, for long road trips and constant commutes from work, to school, to after school activities. They also looked into special features that appeal to families, like rear-seat entertainment, and ease of installing baby-seats.
Which Honda models does KBB consider some of the best family vehicles on the market for 2016?
For sedans, the 2016 Honda Civic, and Accord. Winning two-row SUVs were the HR-V, and CR-V. Honda's three-row SUV pick was the Honda Pilot, and the Odyssey for minivans.
