Upcoming 2019 Honda Civic Will Offer Standard Honda Sensing

Honda pulled a pretty major overhaul on its legendary Civic compact car just a few years ago for the 2016 model-year, so we're not expecting any big changes for 2019.

However, since this is the fourth year in the tenth-generation run, it's not surprising to see some big refreshes coming in to keep the iconic Honda Civic on top.

Explore what's new for the upcoming 2019 Honda Civic, which will be available soon in McKinney, TX.

Honda Sensing Standard

One of the major updates to the upcoming 2019 Honda Civic won't be a big surprise to anyone who has been following news from the brand--new for 2019, this model will offer select Honda Sensing features on all trim levels, even its affordable base models. Features will include:

  • Forward collision warning
  • Lane keeping assist
  • Lane departure warning
  • Adaptive cruise control

Expanded Honda Sensing features will be available on upper trim levels and within certain package options on the upcoming 2019 Honda Civic.

What Else is New?

Stunning safety isn't the only thing to look forward to in the refreshed Honda Civic.

Updates and improvements can be found inside and out, to the body, to fascias, to infotainment, to lighting, and to trim levels.

  • Expanded availability of Sport trim
  • New physical volume knob on infotainment displays, replacing touch-slider
  • Updated headlights
